There are many drivers to choose from in the Ping line, and the g20 is a moderately priced “game improvement” driver that will give you the power and forgiveness you need to better your game. It’s exactly as advertised and will give you a bit higher launch angle with too much spin. To be honest, this is the first PING driver that has lasted more than a couple of months, and it is definitely work trying.

I haven’t taken it out of my bag since I purchased it, and it is becoming a contender for a full time spot in my bag. ConclusionĪs you can probably guess, I think the G20 is great. I went with PING TFC 169D shaft for this review and found it just about perfect for my swing speed. The tour versions have a bit less rotation and a little extra weight. I guess due to Covid precautions they kept the spectators pretty far from the players. I was able to get out to the Sony Open today to take a few pics. PING only gives you two standard options on the shafts, the PING TFC 169D and the Tour version of the shaft. pitbull808 posted a topic in Tour and Pre-Release Equipment, Yesterday at 06:21 AM. Surprisingly all of the head weight the same at 204g and have a swing weight of D3. The lofts include 8.5, 9.5, 10.5 and 12 degrees. There is quite a variety of lofts you can get with the G20.

What we used to know as Flight Control Technology in previous TaylorMade drivers is now called Loft Sleeve Technology in the new RBZ Stage 2 driver. A lower and further forward CG (centre of gravity), a more aerdynamic head design, new crown graphics, thinner crown construction and a larger clubface combine to make the TaylorMade RBZ Stage 2 driver more than just a second generation driver. TaylorMade's R&D team have made several key changes to the original RBZ driver to create a club they say adds up to nine more yards compared to the first generation RBZ. So what did TaylorMade call the second generation RBZ driver? Yup, you guessed it, the TaylorMade RBZ Stage 2 driver. Successfully design and launch the TaylorMade RocketBallz (RBZ) driver.
